Returns
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Perishable food items (such as honey or edible products) cannot be returned unless faulty
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will:

Process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
Exchanges

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
